Penny Clark

UK Project Editor

Penny completed her MA in Creative Writing with the University of Exeter during lockdown. She has been a music journalist, commissioning editor, newspaper sub-editor for Think Spain Today and a freelance editor and ghostwriter through Upworks for clients in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia. For 10 years, she lived in a tiny Spanish mountain village with her partner Joe while their three daughters were young, returning the whole family to Devon in 2011 and dividing her time between the education sector and publishing. She established Ashburton & Buckfastleigh Writers Group and was a Director for Ashburton Arts Centre. Penny has published poetry, articles and eBooks and has been blogging online since 2006, using social media to network and discover people’s stories. When she is not working for StoryTerrace, she is busy writing her third novel, renovating an old house, and trying to achieve zen-like calm during yoga, with interruptions from two curious cats.
